FAQ
The Initial Evaluation allows your instructor to evaluate your swing, movement patterns, strengths, and areas for improvement while discussing your goals. This helps us build a customized development plan before training begins.
Because many of our instructors maintain waitlists, immediate openings are not always available. We’ll contact you as soon as an appropriate opening becomes available.
We offer two training options:In-Person TrainingRemote TrainingBoth programs include individualized coaching, daily training assignments, mobility work, mental performance coaching, and direct communication with your instructor.
The first step is to join our waitlist or submit an inquiry through our website. Once an opening becomes available, we’ll contact you to schedule an Initial Evaluation. After the evaluation is complete, we’ll provide you with the next steps for registering for the program.
In-Person athletes attend one weekly lesson while also completing daily online training.Remote athletes complete daily online training, submit swing videos for review, and communicate regularly with their instructor. Both programs are built around long-term player development.
No. We specialize in long-term player development and do not offer individual lessons or swing tune-ups.
Yes. All programs require a 3–6 month minimum commitment, depending on the instructor.Consistent training is essential for long-term development, which is why we do not offer month-to-month enrollment for new athletes.
Developing better mechanics, improving game performance, and creating lasting swing changes takes time and consistency. Our programs are designed around long-term development rather than quick fixes.
Athletes are expected to:Attend scheduled lessons consistently (In-Person Program)Complete assigned online trainingPerform mobility workSubmit swing videos regularlyCommunicate with their instructorStay engaged throughout the programThe athletes who see the greatest success are the ones who consistently follow their training plans.
While every training plan is customized, athletes should expect to spend time working on their assigned drills and mobility exercises outside of lessons to maximize their progress.
All athletes are required to stick with one day and time each week. However, in the event of a schedule conflict or if you are unable to make your typical lesson time- we are able to move you to another available time that week if needed, if we are given at least 24 hours notice of the schedule change.
If you are unable to make your scheduled lesson, you are required to let your instructor know at least 24 hours in advance. If we are given notice in the appropriate amount of time, we are happy to reschedule you to another available appointment that week. If theres is not an alternate time that works for you, you would still have daily online training that week to continue progress.
Instructor changes depend on availability, and your athletes commitment to their current program.
Each instructor has different pricing based on their program and availability. Current pricing can be found under our Coaches & Pricing Section.
Memberships are billed automatically every four weeks.
New athletes are committed to the minimum term for their instructor (3–6 months). After that commitment has been fulfilled, memberships may continue on a recurring basis unless canceled in accordance with our policy.
Absolutely. Remote athletes receive ongoing video analysis, direct messaging access, customized programming, and continuous coaching from their instructor.
Yes. Many local athletes choose remote training because it offers flexibility while still providing individualized coaching.
Our minimum age to begin training is 8 years old.Coaches & Age Specifications.Casey: High school, College, ProfessionalsCody: High School, College, ProfessionalsFuzzy: Middle School and High SchoolHunter, Wes & Jake: Youth-Middle School Players
Yes. We work with baseball and softball athletes of all skill levels.
Players should wear athletic clothing and bring any equipment requested by their instructor (bat, batting gloves, etc. NO METAL CLEATS).
Our philosophy is that players improve through consistent repetition, not just one lesson each week. The in-person lesson teaches and refines movement patterns, while the online training reinforces those movements between visits. Combining both allows athletes to make faster, more lasting improvements than weekly lessons alone.
