Coach Assignment

After the evaluation, our coaching team will review your player’s age, skill level, and availability, and assign them to the most suitable instructor. Once assigned, your coach will reach out directly with a personal registration link. The link goes directly to the official Out Front Hitting app, where you will register and get access to everything included in the program.

Coaching Options & Pricing (per 4 weeks)

• Casey: $800 (3:1 lessons, 6-month commitment)

• Cody: $500 (3:1 lessons, 6-month commitment)

• Fuzzy: $300 (2:1 lessons, 3-month commitment)

• Wes: $300 (2:1 lessons, 3-month commitment)

STEP 1: Intake Form Completion

Fill out the intake form found on this page. And await being contacted by an Out Front Hitting administrator to schedule your initial evaluation.

STEP 2: Initial Evaluation

Your player will first complete a full evaluation. Our coaches will give a deep swing analysis and full athletic assessment in-person at the Out Front Hitting facility.

STEP 3: Coach Assignment

After the evaluation, our coaching team will review your player’s age, skill level, and availability, and assign them to the most suitable instructor. Once assigned, your coach will reach out directly with a personal registration link.

If you are interested in signing up, let us know and your player will be added to our client list. From there, our coaching team will review your player and assign them to the instructor best suited to their age, skill level, and availability. Once an assignment has been made, your coach will contact you directly with a personal registration link.

This link will guide you through the registration and payment process. After completing payment, you will receive an email invite to download our app, set up your player’s profile, and get started. You’ll also gain access to your instructor’s schedule, allowing you to book the days and times that work best for you.

To cancel or reschedule any In-Person instruction at OFH, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice.

Failure to cancel 24-hours before your scheduled lesson time will result in being unable to reschedule and you will be charged in full (whether that means lesson payment or using a package credit).

Your program will begin as soon as you have registered and paid.

Casey and Cody will be 1 hour & 30 minutes, while Fuzzy and Wess will be 1 hour. This is strictly cage time, no movement prep.

Although movement prep is longer required. Players are welcome to arrive early to partake in their own movement prep if they wish, but this will be optional.

Payments will be billed every 4 weeks from the time of your first payment.

If you decide to join the program, there is a MINIMUM 6-month commitment with Casey or Cody and a MINIMUM 3-month commitment with Fuzzy or Wes. This means that you will not be able to cancel your membership until those months are completed. Once those months are completed you will have the option to renew or cancel.

All athletes in this program will have full access to our training app. Although this is not a required feature for athletes under 13, you will still have the option to utilize those resources.

Yes! For college players, we will offer a program with the option for your player to come twice a month for a 2 hour session, while also having access to our app for online training every day. These will be offered on Sundays with Casey and Cody instructing together.

Yes, if you have credit from a missed lesson -that can be applied to the first payment as a discount.

While we will take your requested coach into consideration-All athletes will be assigned to a coach based on age, skill level and availability.

While we do plan to explore more training options in the future for athletes who can’t commit weekly, we will no longer be offering one-off drop in or private lessons. Once we’ve processed all current core program inquiries, we’ll be in touch with more options.

Scheduling will now be handled directly between the athlete and assigned coach. Once you have been assigned an instructor you will be able to connect with them prior to paying for the program to get their updated availability. (There will not be an open public calendar)
